
In jr high/high school i always had a competition with myself to do push ups and sit ups to see how many i could do. Thats how i kinda developed my chest and my core. First time i went to the gym was at the end of 05/06 for a good couple months, then i kinda stoped cause i was focused on my relationship then. I tried to go back every now and then but i was never fully focused. I got back into the gym February 2010 after my breakup. I just wanted to better myself. Ever since then i’ve been going constantly, but i kinda stoped going earlier last year. When about October/November hit, thats when i started getting more consistant and a little more serious. But i had surgery in December which held me back from going for like a few weeks. Then i got my tattoo in January which held me back for another 2 weeks, so for like 4 weeks i didnt go to the gym. Once my tattoo healed i started getting A LOT more serious. Dieting and supplements, hitting up the gym 3-5 times a week for like 1 and a half to 2 and a half hours. And now i’ve been staying consistant. Trying to get more cut and a flat stomach.
